Luigi Savone is an Ottawa (Nepean) Real Estate Lawyer whose areas of practice extends to and concentrates on all Real Estate and Property Law matters (including residential and commercial purchases, sales and mortgages), together with Wills and Estates. We do not handle civil litigation, family or criminal law, but we will refer you to a specialist in these fields who also do not dabble in other areas of law (like real estate).

Luigi Savone is also a Notary Public for the Province of Ontario and our legal assistants are Commissioners of Oath for the Province of Ontario. We are therefore able to attend to all your Declaration and Affidavit requirements. Our office is fully equipped with the latest real estate software technology including Teranet, The Conveyancer, PC Law and Bell High Speed.

Luigi Savone has been in private practice as a lawyer since 1984, largely in the areas of real estate, wills and estates. He continues as an instructor at the Law Society of Upper Canada Bar Admission Course - Real Property Section and has done so since 1992. He is also a lecturer at Algonquin College in the Property Law I and II courses, in addition to the Estate Administration and Landlord and Tenant courses leading to the Legal Assistant Certificate, and has been since 1994.

Our focus and our passion is with Real Estate and we pride ourselves on having streamlined the home buying and selling process, thereby allowing for reduced overhead costs resulting in reasonable legal fees.
